How much are the shipping costs?
We charge CHF 24.99 for shipping to Switzerland. We offer free shipping for orders with a value of CHF 250 or more. We ship quickly and sustainably to all countries using DHL GoGreen.
For deliveries to Switzerland, we cover all applicable taxes and customs duties.
How long does delivery take?
Unless a different deadline is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered
in Germany within 3-5 days, for international deliveries, within the EU in 7 days, Europe (non-EU)
within 10 days and worldwide within 14-30 days.
Which shipping service providers do you ship with?
We currently ship packages exclusively with DHL. However, we plan to offer UPS for you later this year, as well as an Express Service variant.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as we prepare your shipment for shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number.
Can I have my package delivered to a DHL Packstation?
Yes, you can also have your shipment delivered to a Packstation. Please make sure that you enter the delivery address correctly, first name, last name, Packstation XXX, postal number, zip code, city.
